Bauer Media Audio is looking for a Senior Backend/Platform Developer to play a key role in transforming digital audio experiences. If you’re a hands-on developer with a passion for high-performance back-end systems, mentoring, and DevOps excellence, this is your chance to shine!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimise scalable, secure, and resilient back-end systems in an AWS-hosted environment.
- Take ownership of technical quality, helping shape architecture and strategy.
- Support DevOps adoption, including incident management, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.

Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience leading software development teams, ideally in media or audio streaming.
