What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor engineers , fostering a high-performing, collaborative team.

Build and optimise scalable, secure, and resilient back-end systems in an AWS-hosted environment .

Take ownership of technical quality , helping shape architecture and strategy .

Work with cross-functional teams, ensuring development aligns with customer-first priorities .

Support DevOps adoption , including incident management, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code .

Drive performance tuning, security best practices, and system scalability .

✅ What You Bring

✔ 5+ years’ experience leading software development teams, ideally in media or audio streaming .

✔ Expertise in AWS, Cloudflare CDN, SQL, API design, and microservices.

✔ Strong programming skills in Go, TypeScript, PHP, or similar .

✔ Deep understanding of performance optimisation, debugging, and security best practices .

✔ Passion for mentorship and technical leadership .

✔ Resilient, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment .
