The Difference you will make

As L&D Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the creation, delivery and reporting of Bauer’s Strategic Development Plan. Working closely with Bauer’s commercial leaders, you will be responsible for tailor-made commercial training, including both long-term and short-term face-to-face, online, and blended learning.

Your role

  • Implement the vision for the current and future commercial development of the Bauer Audio sales teams.
  • Implement the strategy, operational plans, and services in line with Bauer’s overall commercial strategic framework.
  • Support the development of Bauer’s regional training.
  • Identify and support the development of new training course subjects.
  • Create, manage, deliver, and evaluate commercial training as requested by leaders.
  • Support commercial leaders in the creation and delivery of onboarding and induction of new staff.
  • Manage, design, communicate and co-deliver regular training workshops.
  • Ensure quality assurance of delivered training programs, including design of the training, observations with feedback and analysis of participant’s feedback.

The Skills you will bring

  • Experience in the delivery and evaluation of commercial training.
  • A background of commercial selling.
  • Previous experience of managing sales teams with a lean toward individual and team development.
  • Experience in writing, delivering, and evaluating training sessions.
  • Able to travel (UK) with overnight stays as required.

Working Pattern/Location

This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with flexible working hours. We also offer a hybrid way of working that supports a balance of working from home and one of our offices.
