Focus of the Role
As our Strategic Communications Manager, you will work with the Publishing Communications Director to ensure communications are delivered through exacting plans and innovative two‐way channels, improving colleague engagement across the Publishing Business. You will also develop and execute change communication plans for large‐scale transformation programmes and projects. This role offers a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in our London office and the remainder from home. Occasional travel to our Peterborough office is required.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project and campaign management (from inception to measurement)
- Own and deliver the bi-monthly Publishing Pulse, sourcing subjects and speakers and successfully produce reports and live event
- Lead the delivery of Publishing Live, the bi-annual colleague townhall meeting, working with the country teams to ensure the right content for an engaging colleague experience
- Deliver change and transformation communications for large projects across Publishing's transformation programme
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications media
