We are the Creative Commercial Delivery Team for Bauer Media Advertising. We deliver creative partnership campaigns for a range of brands, ranging from streaming providers to FMCG brands, tech to DIY stores. We have broadcast live from the top of a mountain, under the sea and 36,000 feet in the air. We have delivered shoots from our customers' stores, captured content in their restaurants and travelled around the world with them to raise awareness of their USP.

The Difference you will make

As Project Executive you will play an essential role in delivering best-in‑class creative and commercial partnerships across Bauer Media’s brands and platforms. You will take ownership of smaller‑scale projects while supporting Senior Project Managers and Directors on larger, more complex campaigns. This role is designed to give you hands‑on experience across multiple project types ranging from single show sponsorships and straightforward podcast promotions to supporting on high‑profile special projects such as outside broadcasts and branded shoots.

Your role

  • Manage straightforward branded content projects such as single show sponsorships, podcast campaigns, single page advertorials and simple multi‑platform promotions.
  • Monitor progress throughout the campaign lifecycle, resolving minor issues proactively and escalating risks to senior colleagues where necessary.
  • Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with a focus on surpassing KPIs.
  • Assist Senior Project Managers in the delivery of complex, high‑value branded content partnerships.
  • Take ownership of defined project areas (e.g., scheduling, asset collection, client comms) while working under the guidance of the Lead Project Manager.
  • Support the delivery of high‑profile activations such as outside broadcasts, branded shoots, and experiential campaigns.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Project Managers, Production Teams, and Editorial colleagues to ensure delivery is aligned across departments.

The Skills you will bring

  • A good understanding of branded content campaigns.
  • Experience with various formats, channels, and delivery methods used to engage audiences.
  • An understanding of the strategic objectives of branded content.
  • Able to apply knowledge of different content approaches to support campaign goals, audience engagement, and commercial outcomes.
  • Able to build great relationships with internal teams and external clients.

Working Pattern/Location

This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with flexible working hours. We also offer a hybrid way of working that supports a balance of working from home and our office in London (5 minutes’ walk from Euston).
