As Head of Creative Sector Hub, you will define and lead a strategic initiative that directly addresses the challenges and opportunities facing the sector today.
The Head of Creative Skills and Partnerships is a connector and influencer, bringing together senior voices from across the industry to shape solutions to shared challenges. Your work will directly influence how the industry tackles skills gaps, improves access, and creates new pathways into creative careers.
Your Role
You’ll head up the Sector Hub, setting its strategic direction and ensuring it delivers measurable impact, leading the development of new initiatives from funded training programmes to a central hub for industry insight and collaboration. You’ll work across a diverse and complex landscape, spanning everything from film and TV to fashion, music and digital, bringing together voices from across the creative industries. You’ll build powerful partnerships, influence industry conversations and ensure the Sector Hub becomes a trusted and impactful voice across the creative landscape. Your leadership will drive tangible outcomes that make a real difference.

Working Pattern & Location
