You’ll be joining our newly established Branded Video department, a vibrant and creative part of Bauer Media’s commercial team. We’re here to produce industry-leading co-branded video content for iconic brands like KISS, Magic, Grazia, Empire, Motor Cycle News, heat, Absolute Radio, and Greatest Hits & Hits Radio. The difference you will make
This is a newly created role designed to support our social-first production workflow. As Branded Video Content Creator, you’ll own the storytelling process from concept to delivery. You’ll be responsible for developing ideas, directing shoots, and editing footage to create compelling branded content that resonates with audiences and meets client objectives. You’ll be the creative force behind each project, ensuring every piece of content is visually engaging, on-brand, and delivered on time. Your work will help shape the future of branded video at Bauer and elevate our partnerships with some of the world’s leading companies.
Your role
You’ll lead the creative and logistical execution of branded video projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Attending brainstorms and developing ideas for client briefs
- Creating and presenting treatments for stakeholders
- Scheduling and budgeting shoots
- Scripting and storyboarding content
- Producing call sheets, risk assessments, and shoot schedules
- Hiring crew (e.g., DOPs, Art Directors)
- Directing talent and crew on set
- Editing footage using Adobe Premiere for final delivery
The skills you will bring:
Essential:
- Education in film/media production with experience in creative and editing
- Experience writing, directing, producing, and editing short films or social content
- Production experience in social/digital or traditional formats with a passion for short-form digital
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with experience managing budgets and schedules
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Working Pattern/Location
Full-time, permanent Hybrid, office based in London
