You’ll be joining the AI Joint Capability Team, an internal, start-up‑style hub driving AI confidence and capability across Bauer Media Group. Bauer Media Audio is Europe’s largest commercial broadcast radio and digital audio company, operating across nine markets in Northern Europe. In this role, you’ll help colleagues understand, adopt and use AI in practical, responsible and meaningful ways.
The Difference you will make
In this brand new position, you will design, build and deliver the practical AI learning that drives Bauer towards becoming an AI‑fluent organisation. From live workshops to quick‑start guides, playbooks and prompt packs, you’ll make AI feel accessible, useful and relevant for colleagues across different roles, functions and skill levels. The right person is an experienced learning practitioner who is also a hands‑on AI user, comfortable using AI tools.
Your role
Your main focus will be to create and deliver AI learning programmes that support adoption and build confidence. Responsibilities include:
- Design and manage end-to-end AI learning programme.
- Define and create learning pathways, training content and practical self-service resources.
- Act as internal AI upskilling champion, fostering a culture of curiosity.
- Coach teams through the changes AI brings to their work.
- Identify skill gaps and barriers to AI adoption.
- Track engagement, effectiveness and business impact to improve learning quality.
- Build strong relationships across markets to ensure local context shapes both curriculum design and delivery approach.
- Curate AI success stories from across the Group that build confidence and accelerate replication.
- Keep content aligned with Bauer’s AI strategy, tooling roadmap and responsible‑use principles.
The Skills you will bring
- Experience designing and delivering training on AI, digital or technology topics.
- Proven experience leading L&D, enablement or training programmes ideally across multiple markets or business units.
- Hands‑on experience using Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini.
- The ability to explain complex ideas clearly to non‑technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
- Cross‑cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt communication style.
- Strong listening skills, empathy and emotional intelligence.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
Desirable
- Working proficiency in additional languages (Norwegian, Polish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Slovak, Portuguese or German).
Working Pattern/Location
This role offers hybrid working from our London office and will require regular European travel to deliver face‑to‑face training sessions.
