We’re not just transforming our tech; we’re reshaping how we commercialise audio at Bauer. As we unify our audio infrastructure across nine European markets, we need a Head of Sales and Ad Technology to lead the charge in modernising our commercial tech stack. You’ll guide the transformation of CRM and advertising platforms across the group, influencing outcomes and enabling revenue growth, not through control, but through cross-functional collaboration and trust. Whether you’re an experienced leader in ad tech or a rising star ready for your next leap, this is your chance to take ownership of a role with real strategic weight and a clear commercial impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Shape and Modernise Our Ad Tech Stack: Lead the rollout of scalable, cloud-first advertising systems across multiple markets.
  • Drive Revenue Through Innovation: Deliver smart solutions that boost ad inventory value and optimise delivery to broadcast audiences.
  • Empower Our Commercial Teams: Oversee CRM and self-serve ad tools that streamline workflows and enhance targeting.
  • Use Data to Deliver Insight: Champion data-driven decisions across customer segmentation, audience analysis, and campaign optimisation.
  • Lead Four Core Teams: CRM (HubSpot & Dynamics), Ad Sales (Planit), Studio (cloud AdServe replacement), and rollout/delivery teams.
  • Influence Across Functions: Work closely with commercial, editorial and technology stakeholders — from execs to ops — to bring everyone along on the journey.
