Boogie in the Morning is one of Scotland’s biggest and most loved breakfast radio shows. You will be joining the team that delivers a high‑profile, award‑winning program across the Hits Radio Network Scotland, including Forth 1.

Overview

This is a collaborative, fast‑moving environment where presenters, producers and the wider content team work closely together to create bold, personality‑led content. You will work alongside an experienced producer, presenters and multi‑platform teams to deliver standout content every day.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, produce and deliver live breakfast shows
  • Generate original, engaging content ideas
  • Work closely with presenters to maximise performance
  • Manage fast‑paced, live studio output
  • Extend content across social, video and digital platforms
  • Support guests, features and competitions
  • Collaborate with content, marketing and digital teams
  • Maintain strong editorial judgement and output quality

Qualifications

  • Proven radio/audio producer experience
  • Experience working with presenters or on‑air talent
  • Strong creative thinking and content development ability
  • Experience in a live studio environment
  • Strong editorial judgement and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage and develop talent
