What You’ll Be Doing
As the Director of Demand Generation , you will:
- Drive Demand: Develop and implement innovative strategies to generate top-of-funnel demand for Bauer’s digital audio advertising and broadcast products across multiple markets.
- Marketing Leadership: Own the centralized B2B marketing function, working with a designer to create impactful sales collateral that empowers sales teams.
- Research & Insights: Craft compelling market research and case studies to differentiate our digital audio offering from traditional broadcast radio.
- Event Strategy: Identify and execute Bauer’s presence at key advertising events across Europe, positioning us as an industry leader.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with commercial directors and regional teams to tailor marketing strategies and tools to local market needs.
- Innovation Advocacy: Advocate for transparency and measurement in digital audio advertising, setting benchmarks for success.
