As a Campaign Manager within the Ad Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all digital campaigns are delivered in full and perform in line with key performance indicators. Your primary objective is to work in collaboration with the Commercial team, providing digital display expertise and audience insights from brief to campaign analysis. You’ll work in close collaboration with the Digital Campaign Executives and the wider Ad Operations team to guarantee smooth and efficient campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Successful delivery of all digital display campaigns, including regular reporting
  • Working with the Commercial team; helping to build pro-active briefs, attending client meetings and being the key digital contact for delivery queries
  • Optimising campaigns for best performance aligning to client and/or industry best KPIs
  • Support the Commercial team with Sales Order Processing System bookings and queries. Help to lead adoption of new systems, workflows and processes
  • Monitoring agency 3rd party reports; identifying, investigating and working to resolve any discrepancies ahead of month end billing
  • Working alongside the Project Managers and Commercial team to ensure timely starts to digital display campaigns
  • An understanding and experience in 3rd party tags, HTML5, gifs and jpegs
  • Support the Digital Campaign Executives where required

  • Prioritisation – Campaign Management can often bring competing priorities, balancing business needs with relationship management is key
  • Resilience - This role is one which oversees a high amount of revenue so often requires dealing with challenging campaigns or having difficult conversations with a view to ensuring the campaign delivers in full
  • Flexible – Can work to the business needs, pivoting to ensure we deliver the best service internally and externally
