About the Role

As a Delivery Manager – Digital, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of outcome-based deliverables across high-performing, multi-disciplinary squads. What You’ll Do

  • Lead agile delivery teams using Scrum or other methodologies

  • Support backlog grooming and capacity planning
  • Mentor and coach teams to foster continuous improvement
  • Align technical delivery with customer needs and business strategy

  • Experience: 1+ years leading delivery teams or projects, ideally in the media or audio streaming industry
  • Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution
  • Leadership: Servant leadership style with a focus on team empowerment and strategic alignment
  • Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Office Suite
  • Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile and product delivery frameworks
