About the Role
As a Delivery Manager – Digital, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of outcome-based deliverables across high-performing, multi-disciplinary squads. You’ll work closely with development teams, product owners, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth, continuous delivery of value-driven web applications.

What You’ll Do
- Lead agile delivery teams using Scrum or other methodologies

- Support backlog grooming and capacity planning
- Mentor and coach teams to foster continuous improvement
- Align technical delivery with customer needs and business strategy

- Experience: 1+ years leading delivery teams or projects, ideally in the media or audio streaming industry
- Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution
