Our Creative Partnerships team is a group of three, soon expanding to four, working at the heart of a wider hub, made up of around eight specialists who collaborate closely with our trading counterparts. Our team operates in a highly connected, cross‑channel environment, partnering extensively with our Publishing, Audio and Outdoor colleagues to deliver smart, integrated solutions. We’re fast‑paced, commercially driven, and deeply collaborative - bringing ideas to life quickly, creatively, and with real commercial impact.

The Different You’ll Make: As our Creative Partnerships Director, you’ll work across all Bauer Publishing platforms and brands to drive innovative, digital first partnerships that deliver impactful commercial outcomes. You’ll report into the Head of Creative Partnerships and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business. You will deliver creative revenue objectives while elevating Bauer’s profile and reputation within agencies. This role will require 2 days per week from our London office, and the rest working from home.

Your Role:

  • You will proactively identify and secure new digital partnership opportunities within agencies, continually expanding Bauer’s commercial pipeline.
  • You will collaborate with strategists and client leads to shape and support high quality responses across all Bauer Publishing briefs.
  • You will craft market leading proposals producing clear, compelling and insight driven responses that showcase Bauer’s strengths and solutions.
  • You will build and deliver schematics in partnership with the Creative Planning team.
  • You will represent Bauer with credibility and authority, maintaining a strong industry presence and trusted agency reputation.
  • You will apply your understanding of the media landscape to develop smart digital first strategies.
  • You will think strategically and champion innovation.
  • You will drive new business and revenue growth, nurturing existing relationships and opening doors to fresh opportunities.
  • You will manage deadlines and workflows effectively, ensuring responses are delivered on time.
