The difference you will make

As a Campaign Executive, you’re the engine that keeps campaigns moving. You’ll book inventory, build and launch campaigns across platforms, and keep clients happy. You’ll learn the craft of delivery inside a team that values pace, precision, and pride in doing things properly.

Your role

  • Book advertising space across broadcast and digital audio platforms.
  • Build and schedule campaigns with accuracy and care.
  • Service a portfolio of client campaigns end-to-end.
  • Partner with Creative, Strategy, Sales, and Operations to keep work flowing.
  • Track performance and support reporting with clear, useful updates.
  • Keep the team organised with smart admin, tidy data, and on-time hygiene.

The skills you will bring

  • A basic understanding of media planning/buying or a strong desire to learn it quickly.
  • Familiarity with digital audio/broadcast platforms (nice to have, not essential).
  • Sharp organisation and time management — you enjoy juggling multiple campaigns.
  • A proactive, positive mindset and a love of getting the details right.

Working Pattern/Location

This is a hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and one of our office in Fareham or Birmingham.
