You’ll be joining Bauer Media’s Audio Commercial and Digital Content team, where creativity meets commercial impact. This highly collaborative environment brings together podcast production, editorial, sales and marketing teams to create standout audio content and meaningful brand partnerships.
The Difference you will make
Take ownership of the commercial strategy and performance of Bauer’s podcast portfolio, ensuring podcasts are both creatively compelling and commercially successful, driving revenue through partnerships, sponsorships and branded content opportunities. You’ll act as the bridge between content, talent and sales, influencing how we position and grow our podcast offering across the market.
Your role
- Lead the commercial approach for Bauer’s podcast portfolio, ensuring strong alignment between creative output and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the commercial strategy for podcasts, driving revenue across sponsorship and branded content.
- Support sales teams with insight, collateral and commercial narratives.
- Lead partnership opportunities from brief through negotiation and execution.
- Build relationships with talent, hosts and agents.
- Oversee portfolio performance including forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign delivery and operational excellence.
- Work with agencies and clients to increase awareness and conversion.

- Experience in branded content within a media or digital content environment.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience driving revenue through partnerships and sponsorship.

Working Pattern / Location
