About the Role

As an Ad Operations Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering and optimising digital audio advertising campaigns. Sitting at the heart of the campaign lifecycle, you’ll ensure smooth campaign setup, performance tracking, and continual optimisation to maximise results for clients and revenue for the business. This role is ideal for an entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in digital media, or someone with a few months of experience in ad operations or media support, looking to develop their technical and analytical skills in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking are essential for success in this role.

Location: The role will be a blend of office and home working; the office location is in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Setup & Trafficking: Upload and configure campaigns in our ad server, AudioServe. Ensure correct tagging, targeting, and scheduling of ads. Monitor delivery and performance of campaigns. Troubleshoot delivery issues and optimise to meet KPIs.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports and provide commentary on campaign performance as required.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams (sales, Data, Planning and Central Ops) and external partners (Agencies, Clients). Ensure campaign requirements are clearly communicated and met.
  • Technical Support: Support creative implementation (e.g., audio ad formats, VAST tags, dynamic creatives). Assist with tracking and third‑party integration (e.g., verification, pixels).

  • Prior experience with ad‑serving platforms or campaign management tools is a plus, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
