Our Team: How we enrich everyday life: You’ll be joining the video and content teams behind some of Bauer’s most loved radio brands – Magic Radio, Greatest Hits Radio and Jazz FM. We create engaging, social‑first content that connects with audiences across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. From live sessions and celebrity interviews to events and reactive content, we bring these brands to life beyond the airwaves. Working closely with Content Directors, the Head of Video, Social Media Leads and fellow Video Producers, you’ll be part of a collaborative and creative team focused on delivering high‑quality content at scale. It’s a fast‑moving environment where ideas are welcomed, and no two days are the same.
The difference you will make: As a Video Producer, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering standout video content across Magic, Greatest Hits and Jazz. You’ll bring ideas to life—from concept through to final edit—creating content that engages existing audiences while helping to grow and diversify new ones. With a strong instinct for what works across platforms, you’ll help ensure our output stays fresh, relevant and impactful. This is a great opportunity to work across multiple brands, develop creative formats, and influence how we show up across social and digital platforms.
Your role: You’ll be responsible for shooting, editing and delivering high‑quality video content across multiple platforms, working closely with the wider social video team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Filming and editing both long‑form and short‑form video content
- Managing technical aspects of shoots, including camera, lighting and audio set‑up
- Building and de‑rigging sets and managing on‑location filming
- Directing talent and crew where required
- Developing creative ideas and formats for social platforms
- Ensuring content aligns with brand tone, style and deadlines
- Designing thumbnails and optimising content for platforms
- Keeping up with social trends to maximise reach and engagement
- Collaborating with the Head of Video and wider team on output and planning
- Managing multiple projects with fast turnaround times
- Leading or supporting on shoots, including working with freelancers where needed
The skills you will bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in video production
- Strong hands‑on shooting and editing skills
- Solid knowledge of camera, lighting and audio equipment
- Experience editing with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro essential; Photoshop desirable)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Experience working with talent, ideally including celebrity or high‑profile contributors
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and video best practice
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas
- Good understanding of YouTube content and channel management
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality output
- Passion for digital content, pop culture and evolving video trends
Working Pattern / Location: Hybrid working, primarily office‑based in London. Candidates should be London‑based to support travel for shoots. Full‑time, permanent role.
