Working within Consumer Competitions, you will help shape decisions that influence how millions of listeners engage with our competitions across radio, web, app and messaging channels.

Your Role Analyse customer behaviour across SMS, web, app and digital channels.
Use SQL to interrogate large customer and transactional datasets.
Produce actionable insights and recommendations.

Develop customer segmentation, retention and lifecycle analysis.
Evaluate tests, campaigns and pricing strategies.
Present findings clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Support strategic decision making across Consumer Competitions.

Experience in Data Analytics, Insights or BI.
