Bauer Media has enhanced its print subscription offering by introducing tangible value through digital access. We are now looking for a dynamic Reward Production Executive to join the Reward Team to lead production, publishing and performance reporting of rewards for 24 apps. You\’ll also assist the Head of Engagement with delivering special projects such events and VIP perk propositions when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and publishing rewards, and prize draw entry pages using our specialist digital platforms
  • Scheduling push and in-app communications to ensure seamless user engagement
  • Producing insightful weekly engagement reports to track and optimise reward and email performance
  • Collaborating closely with our partnership managers to identify and recommend upcoming reward partners and prizes, that will drive maximum customer interaction.
