- Producer (Daytime, Mon–Fri) – Hits Radio
- Producer (Daytime, Mon–Fri) – KISS Network
- Producer (Evenings, Mon–Fri 12.30 – 9pm) – KISS Network
All roles are onsite based in our London office.

As a Producer with us, you’ll be at the heart of our live and pre‑recorded output, helping deliver standout radio that is relatable, entertaining and always true to our brand DNA. Whether you’re crafting unforgettable caller moments, shaping the sound of a major competition, or guiding presenters through a live show, you’ll play a key role in creating content that feels fresh, exciting, and relatable. We have several roles available, from daytime to evenings and weekends, each with its own opportunity to shine.
Your Role
You’ll produce shows across Hits Radio or the KISS Network, supporting presenters and ensuring everything sounds seamless, energetic and on brand. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working with presenters across live and pre‑recorded shows to deliver standout, engaging content.
- Ensuring audience engagement is at the heart of everything we broadcast.
- Collaborating with social and entertainment teams to deliver brilliant multiplatform moments.
- Managing logistics for pre‑records including studio bookings and briefings.
- Editing high quality audio for on-air playout.
- Ensuring all output complies with Ofcom and internal editorial policies.
- Troubleshooting live technical issues alongside our Operations Producers to keep everything running flawlessly.
