- Managing and improving tenant configuration, policies and standards
- Strengthening identity and security controls (Conditional Access, MFA, identity protection)
- Supporting compliance capabilities including retention, eDiscovery and audit
- Automating administration and reporting using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
- Troubleshooting complex cross‑service issues and supporting 2nd/3rd line incidents
- Working closely with security, compliance, endpoints and architecture teams
- Contributing to technical designs, service improvements and roadmap delivery

- Solid PowerShell skills, with experience automating tasks
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple services
- Comfortable working in a global, distributed team
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts simply
- Well organised, self‑sufficient and able to manage your workload
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-102, Administrator Expert, SC-300)
- Experience with Microsoft Purview (compliance, retention, eDiscovery)
- Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, basic Power Apps)
- Experience in hybrid environments (Entra Connect)
