Overview

This vital role will be working with customers within the UK motorcycling market, including manufacturers, product wholesalers, distributors and event organisers. The role involves identifying customers’ marketing and advertising needs and goals using a consultative approach to provide the right commercial solutions across digital, print and events, to match their marketing and business objectives in line with market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving revenue and yield targets.
  • Accurate personal forecasting.
  • Growing customer spend by managing existing customers and creating new opportunities.
  • Driving own activity levels, arranging and setting a key number of face-to-face client meetings based on customer numbers.
  • Ownership of key accounts in your market.
  • Understanding market conditions and competitive forces.
  • Understanding and delivering additional advertising solutions based on industry trends.
  • Keeping accurate customer records using internal CRM system.
  • Leading and contributing to sales, brand, market editorial meetings.
  • Representing the market as the key link between key accounts and editorial/marketing teams.
  • Supporting brand-specific key account staff and telesales managers by sharing knowledge and insights.
  • Compliance with relevant data protection guidelines.
