Our Team: How we enrich everyday life: You’ll be joining our award‑winning Brand Marketing Team, a highly collaborative group that brings Bauer’s much‑loved audio brands to life. We work across creative campaigns, digital activity, events and partnerships that deepen engagement with our audiences.
As part of this team, you’ll work across our award‑winning audio portfolio, with a strong focus on Magic Radio. You’ll work closely with the wider brand marketing team, Magic Radio’s content teams, commercial colleagues and on‑air talent. We’re a supportive team that thrives on creativity, agility and making memorable moments for our listeners across the UK.
The difference you will make: As Marketing Manager for Magic Radio, you’ll play a key role in growing audiences, strengthening emotional connections with the brand and delivering bold, multi‑channel campaigns that showcase everything listeners love about Magic. You’ll deliver standout marketing campaigns that grow audiences, deepen engagement and strengthen emotional connections with our brands — from high‑impact, multi‑channel campaigns to innovative partnerships, live events and activations that bring Magic Radio’s personality to life.
Your role: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and delivering standout brand marketing campaigns
- Planning and executing promotional activity including events, competitions, partnerships and activations
- Collaborating with content, social, commercial and wider marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Managing relationships with agencies, partners and sponsors
- Creating and overseeing paid social and digital marketing strategies focused on performance and optimisation
- Developing and delivering CRM strategies to activate and retain audiences
- Tracking, analysing and reporting on campaign effectiveness with agencies and our insight teams
- Managing the marketing budget alongside the Head of Marketing
- Supporting commercial teams with partnership proposals and branded content ideas
The skills you will bring:
- Proven marketing experience, ideally in media, audio or entertainment
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, audience growth and campaign management
- Creative thinker with strong problem‑solving skills
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Highly collaborative and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
- Solid experience in digital marketing and social media
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- Analytical mindset (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- A genuine passion for audio and radio
Working pattern / Location: Hybrid: London office & home working. Full‑time, permanent.
