Join our agile Customer Engagement team within Bauer Audio UK. We help the business sell advertising more effectively by putting the right systems, processes, and insights in place. We work closely with local and regional sales teams, providing reporting, data, and campaign analysis to support new business. The Difference You Will Make
You’ll play a key role in delivering the Customer Engagement strategy by turning data into insights that help our sales teams understand performance, spot opportunities, and drive sustainable revenue. You’ll also support smooth daily operations, managing reports, responding to Account Manager queries, supporting cross‑team projects, and presenting performance updates. Your organisation, communication skills, and commercial awareness will directly impact team success.
Your Role
You’ll deliver clear reporting, operational support, and insight that strengthens customer engagement and commercial performance across UK Audio.
Responsibilities
- Reporting, tracking, and measuring B2B marketing campaigns using CRM systems, Power BI, GA4, and other tools.
- Translating data into actionable insights for sales and customer engagement activities.
- Sharing updates and performance information with sales teams and stakeholders.
- Managing Account Manager queries and ensuring accurate information flow.
- Supporting cross‑team projects and tracking progress.
- Presenting performance updates via Microsoft Teams.
- Ensuring activity complies with Bauer brand guidelines, OFCOM standards, and GDPR.
- Producing monthly regional and channel performance reports.
- Highlighting risks, opportunities, and practical improvements.
The Skills You Will Bring
- Experience with analytics/reporting tools such as GA4 or Power BI.
- Understanding of marketing and advertising environments.
- Familiarity with CRM system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
