The Difference you will make

Based in London, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes audio, radio imaging, and creative production. You’ll support the wider team across a variety of projects, including audio production, studio recording, scriptwriting, and branded content creation. Working across our portfolio of award‑winning radio brands, you’ll collaborate with a range of teams and personalities while developing the core skills needed to become a confident and experienced audio producer.

Your role

  • Write creative scripts from client and programming briefs.
  • Produce voice sessions for branded content and on‑air programming.
  • Use Pro Tools to create station sound, promos, and branded audio content.
  • Work closely with branded content teams and senior producers.
  • Edit podcast audio to a high standard.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams and departments.
  • Have the confidence and ability to manage talent.
  • Continuously learn and develop new production and creative skills.

The Skills you will bring

  • A keen ear and a passion for all kinds of audio production.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Great organisational skills and time management.
  • Experience of operating a radio studio or voice booth for records (not essential but would be handy).
  • Knowledge of Pro Tools or any audio editing suite (not essential but would be handy).
  • The ability to learn on the job.

Working Pattern/Location

This is a full‑time role, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with flexible working hours. We also offer a hybrid way of working that supports a balance of working from home and our office in London (5 minutes walk from Euston Station).
