The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
This role supports the Fashion team and ensures the smooth running of all editorial fashion activity. You will help maintain the highest standards across photoshoots, sample management, and studio organisation, while working closely with PRs, brands, and the wider creative team.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Fashion Team, across day‐to‐day operations and shoot preparation
- Partner with the other Fashion Assistant to oversee work‐experience talent
- Uphold and communicate expectations around photoshoot standards
- Manage the demands of sample trafficking, ensuring smooth, timely movement of items
- Build strong relationships with PRs and brands to secure samples and maintain trust
- Assist stylists and production teams on Main Fashion and Cover shoots, including international travel and occasional weekend work
- Work with our head of shopping on trend lead shopping pages as well as shopping online articles
- Report any issues with returns or missing items and support investigations
- Maintain a tidy, organised fashion cupboard that reflects the professionalism of the team
- Contribute creatively through a keen interest in styling, trends, and editorial direction
- Experience working on Fashion Photoshoot sets and assisting stylists
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and editorial storytelling
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to multiple deadlines
- Confidence working with PRs, brands, and external partners
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues at all levels
- A calm, reliable presence on set — even in high‐pressure moments
