You will be joining the Cash for Kidsteam who arethe in-house charity of Bauer Media Groupin the UK.

Working closely with our colleagues in both the radio & publishing divisions of Bauer, we fundraise all year round to enable us to award grants to help those most in need.

Cash for Kids has local fundraising teams in 22 locations across the UK, together with a small central team based in the North Eastof England.

The Difference you will make

As a Charity Fundraising Executive (9 month fixed term contract) you will be building local relationships with businesses & community groups to fundraise for Cash for Kids across the Lancashire area.

You will also be helping to organise and deliver fundraising events throughout the year.

Your role

Building &maintainingrelationshipsiscentral to everything that we do at Cash for Kids.

Whether that is internally with our Bauer Media colleagues, our Cash for Kids team across the country or externally with local businesses, community groups, individualfundraisersor the beneficiaries whom we support.

You’llbe responsible for

  • Assistingthe Charity Manager with the day to day running of the charity.
  • Seeking out new partnership opportunities with local businesses, schools, universitiesand community groups.
  • Developing & building existing partnerships &maintainingstrong communicationwith fundraisers.
  • Planning and delivering ocampaigns such as Mission Christmas or our Sports Challenge.
  • Making Cash for Kids famous in the area by seeking out media partner & influencer partnership opportunities.
  • Keeping the local Cash for Kids website & social media platforms updated.
  • Manageyour own set of KPIs and delivery on financial targets.
  • The Skills you will bring
  • Previousexperience in a similar role and working to KPIs.
  • A holder of a current, full clean UK driving licence.
  • Knowledgeable in social media platforms and able to use them effectively.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, with a hands-on approach.
  • Flexible to work evenings/weekends whenrequired.
  • Working Pattern/Location

This is 9 month fixed term contract.

The hours are Monday - Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.
