Location: Hybrid (London or Manchester). Predominantly home‑based with quarterly team meet‑ups.

You’ll be joining our friendly, agile Customer Engagement team within Bauer Audio UK — the group responsible for the systems, content, and processes that help us attract and convert new advertisers. We’re a collaborative team that works closely with Sales, Marketing, Create and regional markets, delivering meaningful insights, impactful content, and smart digital journeys that help us engage customers at the right time, in the right way. Your content will directly influence website traffic, campaign engagement and lead generation across our digital, social and audio platforms. Your role

  • As our Commercial Content Executive, you’ll produce engaging content and assets across web, social and email channels while supporting the delivery of multi‑channel lead‑generation campaigns.
  • Creating high‑quality website articles optimised for SEO and AI tools.
  • Producing and publishing content across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and email.
  • Supporting digital, email, audio and on‑air lead‑generation campaigns.
  • Coordinating campaign activity with the Customer Engagement Manager and central Marketing.
  • Monitoring performance using GA4, Search Console and other analytics tools.
  • Ensuring content follows Bauer’s brand guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Creating sales‑enablement materials that help convert inbound enquiries.
  • Managing content calendars and maintaining organised documentation.

The skills you will bring

  • 2-3 years’ experience in marketing or content creation (B2B preferred).
  • Strong copywriting skills and a passion for creating clear, persuasive content.
  • Experience using CMS platforms and social scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how to drive website traffic.
  • Familiarity with GA4 or similar analytics tools.
  • Highly organised with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to support content creation.
  • Experience supporting lead‑generation campaigns.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools.
