We’re looking for a full-time Account Director to join our Commercial team in London. As an Audio Account Director you will be focused on Essencemediacom who have equal responsibility for driving airtime and creative partnership revenues. Working closely with the Commercial Director, Audio Group Head, Group Client Leads and Creative Strategists you will be helping to ensure that the Customer Strategies and Creative Process are implemented effectively.

This is a hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and our office in London.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver market beating share of airtime and creative revenues.
- Develop new business and retain existing business across display and creative.
- Proposition and position our brands/audiences through engagement pieces within the hub agencies and key clients.
- Ensure that our profile and traction with hub agencies is consistent.
- Ensure Bauer brands are regularly presented with all new developments.
- Ensure full interrogation and understanding of partnership briefs.
- Gather insight from agency to deliver best in class creative solutions.
- Collaborate with the Creative Strategy team to create pitch presentations.
