BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH is an international construction service provider whose primary focus is on complex specialist foundation engineering work in difficult ground conditions.
For our subsidiary BAUER Technologies Limited, we are searching for a new team member multi-site based across the United Kingdom as Site Supervisor (m/f/x).
Your tasks:
- Lead and supervise piling operatives, rig operators and site personnel to safely deliver special foundation projects on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Act as the main point of contact between Project Management, site teams and clients, representing the company on site when required.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements, company procedures and client specifications.
- Coordinate resources, production activities, materials and site documentation while monitoring progress, performance and costs throughout project execution.
- Assess workforce competence, support and develop team members, record working hours and maintain all required site records and reports.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within piling, special foundation works or a related ground engineering discipline.
- Strong knowledge of piling techniques, piling rigs and site operations, ideally supported by relevant industry qualifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS, CPCS).
- Knowledge of health, safety, environmental and quality standards within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills with the ability to motivate teams and build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent English language skills and the ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
