Our subsidiary BAUER Equipment UK represents BAUER Maschinen GmbH in the UK. As the company grows, our team continues to grow along with it. This has presented the opportunity for an additional Workshop‑based Technician (m/f/x) to join our team.
- Commissioning, fault finding, repairs, rigging / de‑rigging and maintenance of all types of BAUER equipment on site, at customers' premises or at our own workshop facility in Rotherham.
- Liaise with our customer service staff to rectify faults both on site and over the telephone.
- Liaise with the BAUER Maschinen After‑Sales Team to provide feedback from jobsites and to help rectify faults.
- Complete inspection, repair and overhaul of heavy gearboxes including the completion of complex reports and supporting documentation.
- Various other tasks related to repairs, maintenance and spare parts requirements for BAUER equipment.
- Compliance and execution of BAUER standards in the field of Health, Safety.
