The Opportunity

We are seeking a distinguished Sales Associate to join our Mayfair flagship — someone with a commanding presence, refined taste, and an innate ability to connect with discerning clientele.

This is more than a sales role. You will act as a Brand Ambassador and trusted Client Advisor, delivering an extraordinary in-store experience that reflects the craftsmanship and culture of Baudoin & Lange.

You are driven, proactive, and passionately curious — with a proven track record in luxury retail and a client book that reflects your dedication to personal relationships. You don’t just sell; you inspire. You elevate the journey, from first step to final fit.

Your Role

  • Represent the spirit and values of Baudoin & Lange on the shop floor, embodying the brand’s philosophy with grace and discretion.
  • Provide each client with an exceptional, personalised experience and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Drive sales with integrity and purpose, both in-store and through client outreach.
  • Maintain the highest visual standards, ensuring our boutique always reflects the precision of our craft.
  • Share client insights and feedback with HQ to inform product development and brand direction.
  • Demonstrate strong awareness of the Mayfair clientele and surrounding luxury retail landscape.

We Are Looking For

  • A results-oriented individual with 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, ideally with a strong client book and an instinct for clientelling.
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills, personal presentation, and tone aligned with the brand’s understated elegance.
  • A natural storyteller who can articulate the craftsmanship, design ethos, and values behind our products.
  • A proactive self-starter with a “no-task-too-small” mindset and relentless attention to detail.
  • A confident, poised communicator — with fluency in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
