About the Role
Reporting to the IT Director, you'll lead the analysis, redesign and optimisation of critical business processes, leveraging Salesforce and Bauder’s core digital platforms to drive measurable improvements. With a remit spanning across sales, supply chain, and wider business functions, you'll play a key role in enhancing digital process efficiency. You'll collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, communicate changes and drive adoption. Working closely with the Bauder Group you'll develop a close working relationship with our German parent company, adopting shared Salesforce best practices and identifying opportunities to align UK processes for continuous improvement.
About the Person
A confident communicator with an analytical mindset, you'll already have a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM (sales pipeline, project tracking etc.) and likely hold associated certifications. A broad awareness of how Salesforce can integrate with other business systems (ERP, MS Power Platforms, Power BI) and proven experience working with Salesforce and operational data to identify processes. The ability to identify inefficiencies and provide suitable solutions is critical along with your proven experience engaging with sales, operations and leadership teams - translating business needs into actionable insights. You'll be confident to drive change, support training, manage resistance and increase platform adoption across teams.
