Job Description

As a Café Assistant at VRXtra Cambridge, youll be an essential part of the guest experiencecreating a warm, welcoming environment through exceptional coffee and customer service. Whether guests are arriving early for a VR session, taking a break between games, or simply visiting for a drink and chat, youll be the friendly face behind the counter helping to set the tone for their visit. Your day-to-day will include preparing and serving hot and cold drinks to a high standard, food preparation and serving, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the café area, restocking supplies, and ensuring the front-of-house space feels inviting and well-organised.

Youll also assist with general venue presentation and occasionally support the wider team during busy periods. This is a role that goes beyond just making coffee, preparing food its about creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing your space with care, and helping guests feel at ease in a high-energy entertainment environment.Key requirements include: ?
