We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Accountant for a fast-paced, 3-month contract focused on internal finance, budgeting, and forecasting. You will play a pivotal role in rolling, building, and consolidating the group’s financial budget model, working closely with central support teams, local Financial Controllers (FCs), and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget Model Management: Roll and prepare the Excel budget model for the new financial year (covering 25x P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements) along with the group consolidation sheet.
- Cost & Revenue Collaboration: Partner with support teams (Operations, Marketing, People, Legal) on cost budgets; support the Cost Management team with template preparation.
- Revenue Budgeting: Support the Finance Ops team with draft revenue budgets and collaborate with individual business units to ensure process consistency.
- Consolidation & Analysis: Consolidate admin cost budgets from local finance teams into Group sheets and deliver clear variance analysis against the FY26 outturn.
- Phasing & Coordination: Partner with local FCs to manage the monthly phasing of budgets.
