Associate Director – Compliance (Regulatory & Governance)

We are seeking a senior regulatory professional to report to the Global Head of Compliance. In this role, you will lead the cross-jurisdictional compliance teams, drive unified regulatory policies, and strengthen the second-line assurance.

The Role:
- Strategy: Support the Global Head of Compliance in executing the global strategy and building a seamless operating model.
- Governance: Set senior AML standards and maintain unified policies across all jurisdictions.
- Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team and lead them through regulatory changes.
- Oversight: Manage regulatory incident investigations and drive consistent board reporting.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years in Compliance, AML, or Financial Crime within financial services.
- 5+ years in a leadership role with a proven track record of implementing compliance strategies.
- Degree, ICA Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Deep knowledge of multi-jurisdictional regulations and exceptional stakeholder skills.
