The Role: Build the Next Era of Risk-Tech Sales

Battleground is the fastest-growing SaaS platform in risk and resilience. We\’re not just selling software — we\’re helping boards, CROs, and resilience leaders across the UK and Europe take control of disruption and navigate crisis with confidence.

We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious Sales Development Representative who wants real earning potential , daily coaching, and a fast track into software sales.

This is not a junior support role. It’s a high-performance outbound role with direct access to the founders , exposure to enterprise sales cycles, and visibility across deals that shape boardroom decisions.

Commission-only for first 2–3 months — then base + commission when targets are hit, and progress into a senior sales position!

Paid per qualified meeting + revenue share on closed deals

???? Recurring revenue: Keep a share of every deal you help close (3-year value)

What You\’ll Actually Be Doing

This isn’t a 9–5. It’s a career-launching role for SDRs who want to learn fast, win fast, and become trusted operators in the risk-tech space .

  • Prospect like a pro: Make 50–70 smart, strategic cold calls per day
  • Start the sales cycle: Get decision-makers curious, qualify properly, and book high-quality meetings
  • Get coached, not micromanaged: You’ll get weekly call reviews and support, not script-reading or hand-holding
  • Own outcomes: Work directly with our UK Country Lead and Head of Sales to shape what great looks like
  • Earn real upside: You’ll share in the deals you generate, help close, and eventually own end-to-end
