Battleground is looking for someone to support us across the UK and APAC markets. This job is open to anyone globally and is fully remote. This is a full-time, fully remote role across sales, implementation support and AI-enabled solution development. You will help identify prospects, book discovery meetings, support client conversations, maintain clean CRM data, assist with Battleground Live rollouts and contribute to internal AI solutions.

This role would suit someone who has recently completed university, or someone with 0 - 3 years of experience in sales, consulting, SaaS, customer success, implementation, research or a related commercial role. Battleground is a software-led risk and resilience company helping organisations strengthen how they manage risk, business continuity, crisis management, operational resilience and incident response. Through Battleground Live, our platform supports clients with risk registers, business impact analysis, business continuity plans, simulations, reporting and real-time response coordination. We work with organisations that need practical, structured and technology-enabled ways to prepare for disruption, manage uncertainty and improve resilience across their operations.

What You Will Do

  • Research and qualify prospective clients across risk, resilience, business continuity, crisis management and operational resilience.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, LinkedIn, email and CRM tools to book qualified discovery meetings.
  • Support sales conversations by understanding client needs, pain points and potential use cases for Battleground Live.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records across contacts, companies, deals, tasks and follow-ups.
  • Assist with Battleground Live implementations, including requirements capture, configuration support and client coordination.
  • Help develop and roll out agreed AI solutions that improve Battleground’s sales, delivery and internal operations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Completed university degree, or equivalent early-career experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in risk, resilience, business continuity, crisis management, SaaS or consulting.
  • Some sales, customer-facing, research, SaaS, consulting or commercial experience would be valuable.
  • Comfort speaking with prospects and conducting outreach through calls, LinkedIn and email.
  • Strong organisation, follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working remotely across multiple markets and time zones.
  • Strong interest in AI, automation and software-enabled business improvement.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn quickly in a growing business.
