What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Development (70%)
- Make 50+ strategic cold calls/day to CROs and resilience leaders
- Build, nurture, and qualify early-stage pipeline across the UK & EU
- Book ~30 high-quality meetings/month for the sales team and yourself
- Iterate messaging based on frontline insights
- Junior Account Executive (30%)
- Own and progress some opportunities you generate
- Deliver tailored intro demos and support scoping
- Collaborate with senior team on pilots and proposals
- Shadow live deals and build your closing skills
- Maintain high-quality pipeline hygiene in HubSpot
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in outbound B2B sales (SaaS a bonus)
- Strong cold calling skills and comfort handling objections
- CRM-savvy (HubSpot preferred)
