Join to apply for the Philanthropy Manager role at Battersea. This role sits within the Philanthropy, Partnerships & Commercial (PPC) team, which includes Philanthropy & Trusts, Corporate Partnerships & Commercial, Special Events & Stewardship, and Fundraising Operations.
Responsibilities
The key purpose of the Philanthropy Manager is to meet both financial and strategic KPIs to ensure the long‑term health of the Philanthropy pipeline. The Manager will personally manage a portfolio of key individual relationships, lead prospect research and cultivation of new prospects, and line‑manage the Philanthropy Officer to deliver against targets. The role will also work closely with senior leadership, senior volunteers and other stakeholders to open networks and introduce new major donors to Battersea.
