Are you a compassionate individual with strong customer service skills and experience working with dogs, who is looking for a meaningful weekend-based role with purpose? We’ve a new opportunity based at our Battersea Old Windsor centre, working every weekend plus one weekday. In this role you’ll be the first point of contact for people seeking support from Battersea, answering enquiries, guiding them through our policies, and offering compassionate customer service.
You’ll help coordinate dogs coming into our care, gather key information, settle them into kennels, and record important behavioural and medical details. You’ll also support our Lost Dogs line, helping reunite missing pets with their families across Battersea and the wider community.

Working with our rescues is a very rewarding experience. Your work plays a vital role in giving our dogs and cats a chance at finding their forever home. Every day will be different and will come with its own unique challenges. We are looking for people with the resilience and adaptability to handle all aspects of this role. It is important to note that the role does involve a lot of physical tasks which are required to provide the exceptional standards of care to our animals.
