Here at Battersea, our Cattery Team is responsible for delivering the highest standards of animal welfare and care for every cat in their journey through Battersea. From a calm and compassionate intake, to providing feline friendly care whilst they are onsite and finally to rehoming them to loving new homes.

We are seeking a new Cattery Team Leader to join our London team, to provide front line leadership and management to the team, ensuring a high-quality delivery of animal care, welfare standards and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience of successfully leading a high-performance team, excellent customer service skills and a good understanding of the issues facing feline welfare, and the challenges of working in a rehoming organisation.

Working with our animals:

Working with our rescues is a very rewarding experience. Your work plays a vital role in giving our dogs and cats a chance at finding their forever home. Everyday will be different and will come with its own unique challenges. We are looking for people with the resilience and adaptability to handle all aspects of this role. It is important to note that the role does involve a lot of physical tasks which are required to provide the exceptional standards of care to our animals.
