We are excited to be launching a brand-new Wellness & Skincare unit in partnership with Healthxchange, and we’re looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team. This is a retail-based role where you’ll combine your interest in skincare, supplements, and wellness with a strong focus on customer experience and sales.

Pay: £13.80 - £15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in depth knowledge of all Healthxchange supplements and vitamin brands
  • Understand key ingredients in products and have the knowledge to explain benefits, instructions and expected results
  • Stay up to date on new product launches
  • Identify customer goals, provide personalised recommendations and have the ability to refer appropriately
  • Follow local guidelines and policies
  • Manage stock inventory
  • Build long term relationships with clients while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
  • Support in‑store events and assist with promotional campaigns

Operational hours cover 7 days per week (rota-based shifts). Pre‑employment checks will take place upon your consent (DBS, references, qualifications).
