Macaroni Penguin & T4 – a leading children’s playground and authentic Taiwanese bubble tea shop – are looking for a Supervisor / Assistant Manager to support daily operations in our Battersea Power Station store. This role involves leading team shifts, ensuring quality service, and maintaining high standards for both the playground and tea shop.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting daily operations of both Macaroni Penguin and T4.
- Leading shifts and ensuring smooth, efficient service.
- Working on the shop floor: drink preparation, customer service, and playground operations.
- Maintaining high standards of product quality, hygiene, and customer experience.
- Supporting training and development of team members.
- Fostering a positive, supportive team environment.
- Assisting with stock management and basic operational tasks.
- Communicating effectively with the team and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
We are looking for someone who is:
- A hands-on team player who enjoys working alongside colleagues.
- An experienced barista with good knowledge of bubble tea (experience a plus).
- Experienced in hospitality, café, retail, or customer-focused environments.
- Friendly, responsible, and confident when leading shifts.
- Organised, proactive, and able to stay calm in a busy environment.
