ThruDark is recruiting for a Store Supervisor to support the launch and operation of our new pop-up store at Battersea Power Station. This is a customer-facing role suited to a confident, driven individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. As Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily running of the store—leading by example on the shop floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting your team to deliver a best-in-class retail experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, delivering excellent customer service and a positive in-store experience
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales and performance targets
  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, cash handling and stock management
  • Assist with product presentation and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards
  • Manage and resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the Retail Manager on commercial decisions and operational improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming sales environment
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand

About You

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within premium or performance retail
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities; confidence using POS systems and basic MS Office
