Job Purpose
As a Sales Consultant for our Mono Brand Boutiques, you will play a vital role in assisting the Boutique to deliver their sales targets and achieve their key objectives. You will be a dedicated and committed team player with a passion for delivering excellent client experience.

Core Accountabilities
As a Sales Consultant you will ensure that you are always working in a professional manner; using your excellent interpersonal skills and passion for the brand and business to engage with both clients and colleagues. You will be accountable for delivery in the following areas:

  1. Direct selling
  2. Achieving sales targets and working to KPIs
  3. Delivering an exceptional customer experience
  4. Clienteling
  5. Networking and events
  6. Processing payments
  7. Continuous development of product knowledge
  8. Completion of relevant training via e-learning
  9. Adhering to policies and procedures
  10. Adhering to company dress code

Essential Experience & Attributes
• Retail experience ideally within a luxury or consultative sales environment.
• A proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• A passion for delivering exceptional client experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, positive approach.
• Good planning and organisational skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Motivated, proactive and dedicated.
• IT literate.

Desirable Experience & Attributes
• Watch product knowledge.
• Advanced selling and negotiation skills.
• Visual merchandising skills.
• Experience of utilising a CRM System.
