Job Purpose
As a Sales Consultant for our Mono Brand Boutiques, you will play a vital role in assisting the Boutique to deliver their sales targets and achieve their key objectives. You will be a dedicated and committed team player with a passion for delivering excellent client experience, ensuring that everyone has an amazing experience in our boutiques.
Core Accountabilities
- Ensure that you are always working in a professional manner; using your excellent interpersonal skills and passion for the brand and business to engage with both clients and colleagues.
- Be a role model for the Watches of Switzerland Group, identifying, sharing, and spreading best practice not just in your own showroom but throughout the wider business.
- Be well presented at all times with a positive “can do” attitude; delivering excellent client experience to everyone that you meet.
- Accountable for delivery in the following areas:
- Direct selling
