As a Rituals Advisor, you are part of our store team. You engage directly with our customers, listen to their needs, and advise them on which of our products are the perfect match for them. You turn every customer interaction into a memorable customer experience.
Responsibilities- Being a luxury sales advisor with many exciting opportunities to grow in your career.
- Working closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to reach personal and store goals.
- Interacting with customers every day and providing a ‘best in class’ customer experience.
- Following store operational and safety procedures and keeping the store clean and tidy according to company visual merchandising standards.
